Connecting your home to the Fibrecity network is easy

Step one
First of all, you need to opt in.

Step two
We will make an appoinment to visit your home to carry out a 5 minute survey to agree the route the cable will take to your home or business.

Step Three
Once your connection is live, you can access the Fibrecity® self service portal to see what services are available to buy in your area. Any services you buy online can be accessed instantly.
