We, Fibrecity Holdings Limited, understand that customers care about the use and storage of their personal information and data and we value your trust in allowing us to do this in a careful and sensible manner.

We collect your data and personal information when you complete and sign the permissions agreement overleaf and in our communications and dealings with you. The data and personal information we collect include:

- Contact information including email address
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
What we do with the information we collect
We use your data and personal information in the following ways:
- Internal record keeping
- To improve our products and services
- Your personal information, data and contact details may be used to:
- supply information to you by telephone, email or post, about our company and to send you promotional material, such as information about new products, special offers or other information which we think you might find valuable. If you do not agree to receive this information, you may opt out from receiving future information at any time: see the Controlling your personal information section of this policy; and/or
- to contact you by telephone, email or post for market research purposes.
Disclosure of your personal information and data to third parties for their use
We may pass your personal information and data to internet service providers, broadcasters and other third party organisations and companies engaged in the provision of communications services and who are authorised and approved by any of our group of companies to provide their services through the telecommunications apparatus (consisting of, without limitation, the fibre optic cable and a communications outlet) (the Network) installed at your property and so that they can supply to you details of their products and services available through the Network by telephone, email, or post. If you do not agree to receive this information, you may opt out from receiving future information at any time: see the Controlling your personal information section of this policy.
We do disclose or transfer your data or personal information to other companies within our group of companies, data processors or agents employed by us to perform any necessary functions on our behalf, but they are bound by our privacy policy and may not use this information for their own purposes.
In the event that we or any part of our business is sold to or integrated with another business, we may disclose your personal information to the new owners (and their professional advisers on the transaction) to be used by the new owners and their group of companies in the same ways as set out in this policy, including to continue providing you with the same services and marketing information services as are currently provided by us.

By providing your data and personal information on the permissions agreement overleaf you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information and data by us and the third parties referred to above in the manner set out in this policy. Should we change our privacy policy, we will let you know so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Controlling your personal information
You may choose to restrict the use of your personal information in the following ways:
- If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to us at the address below or emailing us at info@fibrecity.eu.
- On promotional emails we always provide a link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe you from that service.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
